Andy is a sustainable innovation specialist, advising organisations on strategies that accelerate the speed, scale and impact of change.
He founded the TYF Group, a leading adventure and education B Corp, in St.David’s in 1986 and supports their mission to inspire people of all ages grow unshakeable curiosity and confidence in their ability to play, think and work their part in shaping a better world.
Andy is a Non-Executive Director of Natural Resources Wales and a member of the Innovation Advisory Council for Wales. As a Founding Partner of the Do Lectures and mentor for high impact business with Unreasonable, he helps enterprise leaders solve the grand challenges around energy, water, food, and climate change by joining dots in new ways.
